School of Pharmacy Student ID and Swipe Card

The Texas A&M Rangel School of Pharmacy issues a student ID card that also serves as a swipe card for entering buildings or rooms located on the Kingsville and College Station campus. There are card readers located at the outer doors of the School of Pharmacy, Reynolds Building, the computer lab (located in the School of Pharmacy) and room 116 Rhode.

Please note the following:
• Your student ID/swipe card is for personal use only and is not transferable. Please do not loan your card to anyone.
• Only persons with a student ID/swipe card, are allowed to occupy the School of Pharmacy, Kleberg Hall, Rhode Hall, and Reynolds Building when the buildings are locked. When in a locked building, students must display their student ID/swipe card on an outer garment or be prepared to present their card for inspection upon request.
• At no time are exterior doors to university facilities allowed to be propped open or to be held open for longer than 25 seconds.
• Violations of these rules may result in forfeiture of your student ID/swipe card and administrative action.
• Please contact the Office of Student Affairs immediately if your student ID/swipe card is lost or stolen (replacement fees may apply).

The photograph taken of me by the Texas A&M Rangel School of Pharmacy for the student ID/swipe card may be used for other purposes, including, but not limited to, usage on institutional websites, exhibition, display, illustration, publication, trade and/or advertising.
