If you are a lifetime resident of a county in south Texas, you may be eligible to be considered for the P.M. Rangel scholarship. Cover letters and letters of recommendations are only required for this specific scholarship. All other scholarships announced do not require these documents. If you wish to be considered for the P.M. Rangel scholarship, you must upload the required documents (Cover letter and 3 letters of recommendations from non-relatives).
